The challenge was to transform the IBC dashboard into highly functional, well-designed and easy-to-use resource for partner hoteliers. We surpassed client expectations by smoothly integrating key functions: CRS, Booking Channels, Revenue Management Systems and the IBC marketplace.

IBC selected Volo Digital because of our agility, highly creative approach to problem solving, tech savvy solutions and deep knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Improving the Customer On-Boarding Process


Our design began with a study of the customer journey which led us to recommend a cleaner, engaging, more efficient on-board process for partner hoteliers. The result is an on-boarding process that increased customer conversions by 122% in the first 90 days.

Partner Integrations and Industry Expertise For a Better Dashboard


Our architecture creatively integrates industry technology and partner metrics for a 360 view that is critical to hoteliers. From OTA page rank to Review Scores and from On-the-book metrics to booking channel data, all the info is available in one view.

Global Collaboration


In this project Volo Digital was responsible for both the UI design and front-end development. We call it “owning the front-end”. Many of our clients prefer having Volo in this role to ensure their apps are delivered as designed. We utilize the latest technologies to coordinate and collaborate with international teams during the design phase as well as merging our front-end with their back-end application code.
